Faedra Fund Management Ltd., as a member of Faedra Group, provides real estate investment opportunities for private and institutional investors through closed-end real estate funds.
The Fund Manager primarily manages real estate development funds, investing in the domestic market – above all in Budapest and its catchment area.

The owner of the Fund Manager is Faedra Group Kft.
Closed-end funds that finance specific development projects of the group, with a 2–3 year term.

Management
Chief Executive Officer
Nikolett holds a degree in finance and accounting from the Budapest Business School.
She has more than 15 years of experience in fund management, working for securities and real estate fund managers including the fund management companies of Aegon, Diófa, Futureal Group and Wing Group.
She spent 6 years in various middle-management positions and is currently the CEO of Faedra Fund Management Ltd.
Real Estate Investment Director
Bence graduated in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, specialising in corporate finance, and completed part of his studies at the University of Southern California.
Since 2015 he has been Managing Director of Faedra Group, co-founder and managing director of the group’s development, construction and project companies.
During his career he has managed the delivery of several condominium and industrial park developments.
